"I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their , the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months."

"Very good, tech was exceptionally polite. He said what he was going to charge upfront, checked everything. My neighbor was there too and she was impressed as well. He looked like such a gentleman."
