"We have used Action Auger a few times in the last 2 years. Yes they have made us smile! We have been impressed with all the techs that have come. We are out of town at Mossleigh and know there is a fee to travel. We like the flat rate for dispatch and travel instead of by the km which has cost us in the past which has been double or more. We have called and had someone come the same day for pressure switch and again for our boiler. When they had to come the second time to do the flush on our boiler the dispatch fee was waived. The techs we have had were Geoff, Lee, Kale and Wayne. It is nice that when you call you speak to a real person and not have to do the 20 questions and transfers and hold for 20 minutes first. All of them were professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again and recommend them to friends and family especially those that are out of town.
