"Drains had not been cleaned in a couple of years, very clogged with grease etc. Called their plumbing team and was able to book an appointment right away. Robin was very cheerful and a pleasure to talk to. Dale arrived on time and did a very thorough , also very pleasant and polite. Water is now draining well from the kitchen sink.
