"I called Auger to install my gas stove/oven and I am very pleased with the entire experience. The receptionists were very pleasant and the technician who came, Geoff, did an awesome . At the end, he also gave me a complimentary overall inspection of my plumbing and heating system. He was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I consider he performed above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and I would call them again for my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their , the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months."
