In frustration, I contact Action Auger and had them help me with my issue. They brought the correct equipment and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was solved correctly. They even, unlike the other company, offered a warranty to ensure the problem was solved. Very pleasant staff and eager to complete the correctly. I felt that they had my interests in mind."
