"I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their , the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months."

"I had another company to help me with a clogged drain. They had to have them back a second time but the drain was again not free of debris. In frustration, I contact Action Auger and had them help me with my issue. They brought the correct equipment and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was solved correctly. They even, unlike the other company, offered a warranty to ensure the problem was solved. Very pleasant staff and eager to complete the correctly. I felt that they had my interests in mind."
