"It was nice when I called Action Auger, the Gentlemen Plumbers that I got through to an actual person and spoke to them about the issue I was having and not a voice mail. The timeliness of the I received was . I called and they had someone out the very next day as promised. Tim was excellent! He arrived on time when they said he would, he was very courteous, competent and answered all the questions I had. When we need a plumber again we will be sure to call Action Auger."
